An average of 20-25 typhoons enter the Philippines each year. Is it normal or alarming? Well for me it's kind of alarming because of what happened last 2009 when Typhoon Ondoy made a mark to our lives especially to those living in Pasig, Marikina, Rizal and other parts of Metro Manila. People are scared that it might happen again.  I can still recall the stories of my friends who were so affected with it. All of their things were wiped out. Good thing none of them died. We're still blessed. Have you ever wondered why those things happened? Was it because of us? the government? I think both. Act while it is still early. Let's find ways to protect Mother Nature to avoid flash floods and we must be prepared for any disasters at all times.
